About This Date Calculator

This date calculator lets you find the exact number of days between two dates, get a full calendar breakdown (years, months, days), and perform add/subtract date operations. Useful for project deadlines, contract periods, invoice due dates, and everyday scheduling.

How to Use — Date Difference

Select a start and end date. Optionally tick Include end day. Click Calculate. Open Settings to configure which U.S. holidays are excluded from the business-day count.

How to Use — Add / Subtract

Choose a start date, pick + or −, enter years/months/weeks/days, and click Calculate. Tick Calculate in business days to skip weekends and chosen holidays automatically.

Business Days & Holidays

Business-day calculations exclude Saturdays and Sundays. This tool also lets you exclude U.S. federal holidays individually, or add custom fixed-date holidays that apply every year.

FAQ

Does this calculator include the end date?
Not by default. Tick Include end day to add the end date as a full day to the count.
Can I calculate working days only?
Yes. Results include weekday and business-day counts. The Add/Subtract tab has a dedicated business-day mode.
Can I add custom holidays?
Yes — open Settings, enter a name, month, and day in the Custom holidays table. It applies every year automatically.
